How do we price?
Once we’ve confirmed your service details and scheduled your date, a $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied directly to your final total. Please make sure to select the service you discussed with Young Men Power Washing. Any add-ons you choose will be selected and purchased at the same time as your deposit, so everything is confirmed upfront before we arrive.

Depends on the size and condition of the driveway or surface. Most standard driveway jobs take about 30 minutes to 2 hours, while larger properties or heavily stained areas may take longer. We’ll always give you a time estimate before starting the job so you know what to expect.
Do I Need To Be Home?
No, you do not need to be home during the service. As long as we have access to the work area, we can complete the job safely and efficiently. If you are not home, all payments and booking details must be handled electronically before the job is scheduled.
Is Your Method Safe?
Yes. We use safe, professional-grade cleaning methods designed to protect your property. Our process will not damage your home, driveway, or landscaping. We also use environmentally safe chemicals when needed and take precautions to protect grass, plants, and pets. If any treatment is used, we will inform you how long it should remain inactive for safety.
How Does Pricing Work?
Our pricing is based on the size of the area being cleaned. We charge:
- $0.25 per sq ft for driveways, patios, and decks
- $0.48 per sq ft for house exterior washing
- $1.00 per sq ft for driveway sealing
All pricing is determined before the job starts so there are no surprises.
